   H. Stanley Marshall is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fortis Inc. He has served in this position since 1995.

Mr. Marshall is a native of Freshwater, Carbonear, Newfoundland. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and Bachelor of Laws at Dalhousie University. He is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and a Registered Professional Engineer.

Mr. Marshall serves on the Boards of all Fortis utilities in western Canada and the Caribbean and the Board of Fortis Properties Corporation. He is also a Director of Toromont Industries Ltd.
 


  

Barry V. Perry is Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Fortis Inc.   He has served in this position since 2004.

Mr. Perry is a native of New-Wes-Valley, Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland and the Finance and Taxation Committee of the Canadian Electrical Association.

Prior to his current position at Fortis, Mr. Perry held the position of Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Newfoundland Power. Previously, he held the position of Vice President Treasurer with a global forest products company and Corporate Controller with a large crude oil refinery.

Mr. Perry serves on the Boards of Terasen Inc., Newfoundland Power Inc., Maritime Electric Company, Limited and FortisOntario Inc.


  

Ronald W. McCabe is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Fortis Inc. He has served in this position since 1997.

Mr. McCabe is a native of Montreal, Canada. He received a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University. Mr. McCabe is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland, Nova Scotia Barristers Society and Canadian Bar Association.

Prior to his current position at Fortis, Mr. McCabe practiced corporate law and was in-house counsel to two airlines.
