Mr. H. Stanley Marshall, President and Chief Executive Officer, Fortis Inc., will review the important events of the past year. Mr. Barry V. Perry, Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Fortis Inc., will review the financial performance of the Corporation in 2007 and provide an overview of results for the first quarter 2008.
