Women in Executive Leadership 2018

We held our 2018 Women in Executive Leadership forum in Toronto this week, hosted by our EVP Sustainability, Chief Human Resource Officer Nora Duke.

  • Leadership

Our discussion centered on diversity, #metoo movement, empowering women and more.  We want to extend a big thank you to our external speakers Kerry O'Reilly Wilks of Vale and Reetu Gupta of The Easton's Group and The Gupta Group for sharing their personal stories of inspiration to our team.

And, we'd like to recognize our male panel from FortisBC, Central Hudson, ITC, and Fortis Inc. for their insights on advancing the diversity agenda. How men and women must partner to effect change and advance an inclusive and equal workforce agenda is important to us.  Tone at the top remains key to a respectful workplace.
